Description

Combined Meat mincer and Grater 22 AE with stainless steel mincing.

Polished aluminium body with stainless steel hopper - fully removable stainless steel grinding unit - ø52mm meat inlet - oiled gear motor - low voltage controls - enterprise system with stainless steel plate (ø6mm holes) and self-sharpening stainless steel knife supplied. The grater part features: Polished aluminium inlet 140x75 mm - stainless steel roller - lower protection grid - grater presser lever switch.

Options: Unger system for fine grinding (i.e.: Hot dogs) - reverse.
Accessories: drilled plates and knives -ø 15mm / 20mm / 30mm sausage funnels.
